About delivery and shipping charges

Shipping charge  

Overseas shipping charge is determined by country, region, and weight.
The weight includes not only the product, but also tare, shipping materials, etc.

When you check out, the system will calculate the shipping charge based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart and the address you have registered.

*NOTE* FedEx doesn't accept PO. BOXES for the shipping address.
Please use your actual address for the shipping address.

Payment Method

The following credit cards can be used.
PayPal  Payment using PayPal.
If you have a PayPal account, you can make payments smoothly without entering card information.

Notes on International Shipping

・The amount to be paid when purchasing is the total amount of product purchase price and shipping charges.
In addition to the amount, after the shipping, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), and customs fees may be required. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost.　

・We are not liable for any failure to deliver the product, as long as we have completed all reasonably necessary delivery procedures.

・We reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the operation of the overseas delivery service, change the contents of the overseas delivery service, or change all or part of the information posted on the overseas delivery service website without prior notice.

 

・Delivery may be delayed due to delivery status.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product (unopened and unused products only).
  • Books and fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In the event of damage, incorrect shipping, or missing materials, shipping fees and handling charges will be borne by our company.
  • Please note that in the case of returns due to customer reasons (such as incorrect ordering), shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.

 

Out of stock

Depending on the timing of your order, we may not be able to provide the product you ordered.
If any items are out of stock, the entire order will be canceled to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding in calculating the correct freight charges.

To purchase products from our shop, it is very convenient to register as a member (free of charge).
