About delivery and shipping charges

Delivery will be by Yu-Pack (Japan Post).

Delivery to any destination in Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa): 660 yen (tax included)
・Hokkaido and Okinawa 1,100 yen (tax included)

Shipping is free for purchases of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more per delivery address (domestic shipping only).

When multiple products are purchased at the same time If you order multiple items in one order, the shipping fee will be the same as above.

The following credits are available:

Cash on delivery Regardless of the purchase amount, a cash on delivery fee of 290 yen (tax included) will be charged.
A handling fee of 290 yen will be charged for each delivery. Please give the total amount plus the cash-on-delivery handling fee of 290 yen to the delivery person.
Amazon Pay You can make purchases using the information stored in your Amazon account.
This is a service that allows you to shop using your Amazon registration information without having to register as a member of the official Olympus online shop.
First-time customers can avoid the hassle of registering as a member and sharing their address information, and can make payments and place orders using the credit card information and address registered with Amazon.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product (unopened and unused products only).
  • Books and fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In the event of damage, incorrect shipping, or missing materials, shipping fees and handling charges will be borne by our company.
  • Please note that in the case of returns due to customer reasons (such as incorrect ordering), shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer.

Out of stock

In rare cases, depending on the timing of your order, we may not be able to provide the product you ordered.
In that case, we will contact you by email or phone.

To purchase products from our shop, it is very convenient to register as a member (free of charge).
